Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Holland of Norfolk, Mrs. Thelma Stevenson of Suffolk, Mrs. Barbara Cutchins and Mrs. Carolyn Allmond, both of Franklin; four sons, J.J., Louis C. and Marvin Bennie Carr, all of Suffolk, and Cecil M. Carr of Franklin; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. today in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Joseph Lang and the Rev. William Ingram. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park, Franklin.
