Mr. Millano is survived by his wife of 48 years (Nancy), his daughters Soiky Jones (Daniel), Loida Dongarra (Troy), and Rut McCormick (Jeff), as well as 9 grandchildren (Jonathan, Ariel, Joanna, Madeline, Isabella, Erik, Eva, Jordan, and Wesley), and siblings in Venezuela. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him and looked up to him. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday October 7, 2023, at the Norfolk Living Water Church (967 Newell Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia).
