V. Johnson, of South Quay. He was the son of the late Theophilus and Mrs. Hattie Norris Parker, of Isle of Wight County. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mabel Hatfield Parker; three daughters, Mrs. Johnson, Miss Virginia Dare Parker and Miss Hilda Marie Parker, both of the home; two sons, Charlie Thea Parker and Hurley Lee Parker, also of the home; two sisters, Mrs. H. O. Crumpler, Franklin, and Mrs. H. S. White, of Norfolk; three brothers, John T. Parker, of Windsor; Robert S. Parker, of Carrsville, and Willie David Parker, of Norfolk, and two grandchildren. He was a member of the Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Collosse Baptist Church by the Rev. Edward T. Thornton, pastor of the Beaver Dam Church, and the Rev. Curtis Hoffman, pastor of the Collosse Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will remain at the Hill Funeral Home, Suffolk, until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, when it will be taken to the church.
